At ApplianceZone.com we offer products at a heavily discounted price, therefore some of our products may sell out rather quickly. In the event an item that you ordered becomes unavailable, we will search alternate suppliers to try and locate the item. If we are unsuccessful we will then place an order directly with the manufacturer. This process normally takes 2-4 weeks to fulfill the order. However we will make every effort to fulfill the order as quickly as possible.
We may occasionally have products for sale that have been ordered, but have not yet been stocked at our warehouse or that have sold out and are being restocked. These items may still be ordered and will be shipped when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered items is 2-4 weeks. We do our best to keep backorder dates accurate, but please be aware that in some circumstances we may experience delays from the manufacturer.
Our system automatically notifies our customers when an order is placed, shipped, backordered, or otherwise changed. These e-mails may go through several different channels on the way to your inbox. There are a number of reasons that may cause an email not to get delivered including the receiving mail server being too busy or unavailable. Additionally, there are aggressive spam filters in use by various ISPs and corporate domains that may create instances where a legitimate e-mail does get trapped. You may need to change the filter settings in your mail program (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Verizon). You may also want to add products@appliancezone.com to your contact list to help prevent future emails from being trapped.
