Can I Cancel My Order?

In order to serve customers as quickly as possible Appliance Zone automatically sends orders to over 30 different warehouses with multiple suppliers across the country. Unfortunately, once an order has processed with the supplier, the order may not be cancelled unless the part is on backorder.

Can I Change My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. If your backorder can be cancelled, we encourage you to replace the order at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation Policy

All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. Refunds are generally issued within 1 week of the date the cancellation is confirmed. You will receive an email once the credit is issued.
