Damaged Orders

Appliance Zone sincerely apologizes that your order has been damaged during shipment. We may need to contact you for additional information before we can finalize the claims process. Please note that we can only ship you a replacement part or accessory to replace the damaged order. No refunds will be issued for damaged orders, replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible after we have been notified. Please report any damages to us immediately, after three days the carrier can refuse a damage claim.

If your order was damaged or missing an item(s) Appliance Zone customer service must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the order in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately after 10 days we will not be able to offer you a replacement order.
