Most of the products we sell are guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the shipped date against factory defect, which excludes: unnatural "wear and tear" and physical damage.
If you received a product that is defective it can only be exchanged for a new one. No refunds will be issued for a defective product.
Appliance Zone will not be responsible for any shipping charges having to do with a warranty return. Some manufacturers require the defective item(s) to be returned at the cost of the customer before a replacement will be shipped.
Customers will pay for any and all shipping charges, including shipping charges to send the defective part back to Appliance Zone, shipping charges to send a replacement part from Appliance Zone to customer as well as shipping charges from the original purchase.
