Because ApplianceZone.com offers products at a heavily discounted price, some of our products may sell out rather quickly, in the event an item that you ordered becomes unavailable, we will search alternate suppliers to try and locate the item, if we are unsuccessful we will then place an order with the manufacturer directly. This process normally takes 2-4 weeks to fulfill the order.

If your order is not in-stock and unavailable for shipment and placed on backorder we will automatically notify you by email 1-2 business days after the order was placed. You also be notified via e-mail when the item(s) become available and ship from our warehouse.
