Standard Return Policy

No part(s) may be returned without the Return Authorization obtained by contacting ApplianceZone.com. Authorization does not guarantee a credit. ApplianceZone has the right to refuse any unauthorized package. An unauthorized package is any part return that has not been given an RA number. Unauthorized packages may be refused at the warehouse and sent back to the sender. Customer may incur the cost of shipping the unauthorized package back to the sender. All Returns must be sent before 30 days following the receipt of the item(s). Some appliance parts may incur a restocking fee. For items cancelled or returned due to reasons other than an error on our part, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and ApplianceZone.com is not responsible for return postage. In some cases, an additional $3.00 processing fee may be added. These parts must be returned within the 30 day period to receive credit.

• Used or Installed Products
• Electrical Or Gas Products (including all Conversion Kits)
• Outer & Inner Tubs, Transmissions, & Cooktops
• Any Special or Backordered Items
• Water Filtration Products
• Discontinued Parts
• Manuals

Some returns may require additional shipping & handling fees due to contents, size or product/services, these fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Electrical Parts & Gas Parts - Will only be accepted if a like (ie: timer exchanged for timer) electrical part is ordered beforehand. Refunds will not be issued for installed or used electrical parts. For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires and or harnesses are attached. Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return. Gas components include but are not limited to items such as gas valves, pressure regulators and safety valves. These items can not be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.

Discontinued Parts - All parts are subject to become discontinued by the manufacturer. We are unable to accept discontinued parts due to the fact that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement and the fact that we cannot return discontinued parts to the manufacturer.
