Order Status

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting My Account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your ApplianceZone.com orders.

When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 business hours. If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.

Where's My Order?

ApplianceZone.com estimates shipment and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. You will find both shipping and delivery date estimates in the Shipping & Delivery Page.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by ApplianceZone.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from My Account on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
