Model Search Tips
Having problems getting accurate results when searching your model number? Try these model search tips to accurately narrow down the search results.
Model Search Suggestions:
- Double check your model number. Models numbers are typically printed somewhere on the appliance itself. However, due to natural wear and tear, these numbers can become faded and hard to read. Plus, many models use both numbers and letters, which can make it difficult to determine if your model has a 0 or O, 2 or Z, 5 or S. Click here for help with locating your model number.
- Search with "quotes". Typing quotation marks around your model before searching will limit the returned results to only parts that include the model number in the description or search keywords. Not using quotation marks broadens the results to display partial matches as well, which can lead to inaccurate results.
- Use the CNTRL + F / CMD + F keyboard shortcut. Most of our parts display a list of compatible model numbers so you can confirm the part is for your model. However, sometimes these lists are quite long. Instead of scrolling through the list, use the Find function on your computer to quickly search for the model. On PC computers hold down the Ctrl key while also hitting the F key. On MAC computers hold down the Cmd key while also hitting the F key. This keyboard shortcut opens the page search which you can type your model number in to quickly search the page for matches.
