Refunds are typically issued 2-4 business days after a return has been received by our warehouse. Once the item(s) have been confirmed as compliant with our Return Policy, credit is issued to the account used to purchase the item(s). However, depending on bank policy it may take up to two weeks for credit to be posted to the account.

Compliant returns are refunded for the amount that was paid for the part, minus any applicable restocking fees* outlined in our return and shipping policies. Shipping costs from the initial order and from the return of the part(s) are not refundable and are not included in the refund total.
*Restocking fees are issued at the discretion of ApplianceZone.com. Items that are returned due to reasons that ApplianceZone.com is not at fault for may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item(s) cost. Items that have been returned without receiving prior authorization from ApplianceZone.com are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the item(s) cost.
